Civil geotechnical engineering consultants careers

Credibility and accountability.
We are known for our experience and professional integrity.

Technical staff are members of at least one professional organisation; many hold important positions with them.

Senior members regularly present technical papers, lectures and specialist courses on research, design construction, geotechnical and contractual topics. We maintain close links with many of the UK’s leading universities.

All staff are encouraged to become chartered or otherwise professionally registered; we provide internal and external training and mentoring to achieve this.

Staff adhere to the CPD requirements associated with their professional registration, and are expected to keep up to date with developments in their particular field.

Additional training is provided to ensure that all staff have the appropriate health and safety certifications to work safely. Technical staff hold CSCS cards and Tunnel Safety cards where appropriate.

We are highly familiar with our responsibilities as both consultant and designer under CDM 2015, and can demonstrate individual and corporate competence for our business. We collate and retain the evidence to demonstrate such compliance.

We operate an exchange scheme for graduate engineers with specialist contractors and government. This provides our staff with valuable site experience while enabling the contractor’s staff to gain insight into the design process.
