Assessing construction impacts.
An accurate assessment of impact is essential to either implement mitigation or not.
These impacts can be particularly acute in an urban environment where surface and sub-surface development is congested and possibly critical and/or of high value. Obtaining an accurate assessment of impact and whether it could be damaging is essential to either implement mitigation measures or to negate them. These impacts include noise, vibration, ground movements, ground stability and groundwater. We also monitor and manage these impacts during construction.

Located within a row of terraced houses our assessment and analysis of noise and vibration was used to design sympathetic mountings and dampeners.
THAMES WATERS UTILITIES
Working with Thames Waters we agreed an appropriate method to assess the impact of service diversions on its assets. These methods were then adopted by Crossrail.
